"The Peninsula Club Belize project comes with restrictive covenants to ensure all homes are built to the proper standards. As a developer my criteria here is low density, large garden/lawn areas and beautiful and yet quaint homes that blend into the scenery rather than "being the scenery". If a swimming pool is built, it will be a saline pool all in an attempt to "keep green". Every home is required to have their own sewage treatment plant as approved by the Belize Government officials. All external lighting will be low voltage and "up lighting"."
